今回の開発で最も助かったのはCreating Charts and Graphです。実は別にOfficeAutomationというタイトルの本が出ているのですが、購入を迷っていたところ、何でも出ていると言う友人のアドバイスからこちらの購入に踏み切りました。実際に何をしたかと言いますとVisualFoxProからExceｌを操作して、グラフを出力し、更にイメージファイルに落とせるのです。試したところ、JPEG、GIF、PNG、BMPなど一通りの画像ファイルにコンバートできます。これにVisualFoxProの強力なデータ処理能力を加えますと、動的にWEBを書き換えることが出来るなのど、その辺はSending and Receiving E-malのChapter 4で解決しました。
